Sigma Systems is seeking a General laborer
- Industrial to work on-site in Springfield, MO.

• Steel-toed shoes are required.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Temp to perm: "Yes," depending on the right resource and business needs.

Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.
• All training and instructions typically given on the job.
• Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.

• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic Math. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
• Ability to pass forklift training test.
• WORKERS WILL NOT OPERATE FORKLIFT.
• Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to follow instruction.

• Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc.
• May occasionally use company computer equipment & systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Steel Toed Shoes Required.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE CANDIDATE STARTS THE ASSIGNMENT.
