Assembler - 2nd Shift - Oil Free Compressor
Position:
Assembly - 2nd shift - Oil Free Compressor
Mon - Friday 2 PM - 10:30 PM, $16-18/hr DOE
Reports to:
Production Supervisor

- Basic assembly and building of product.
- Follow written procedural guidelines during the assembly process.
- Proper use of power and manual tools.
- Proper use of calibrated gauges, power and manual torquing devices.
- Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
- Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
- Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions.
- Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree.
- Technical Capacity
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
- Good mechanical skills
- Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.
- Basic knowledge of quantitative methods/statistical procedures and graphic skills.
- Communication Proficiency
- Organization Skills
- Time Management
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentThe employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt, etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Required Education And Experience- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to Two years of related experience
