Work alongside talented culinary professionals to produce hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and more in our state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will be involved in the entire baking process from mixing to baking, and you will be encouraged to create and trial new recipes while mastering tried‑and‑true favorites. You have a high level of autonomy from the outset and opportunities to grow into leadership and management roles.

• 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen and/or a Baking & Pastry Arts degree.
• Large‑volume experience a plus.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• Available for overnight work; 3rd shift hours.
• COVID‑19 vaccination.
