Overview
We are seeking an experienced Structural/ Pipe Fitter to join our team.
Responsibilities- Fit and weld stainless steel and steel products (heavy and light gage) to specification
- Adhere to the blueprints to fulfill the product specifications
- Determine material dimensions to confirm requirements
- Inspect and examine parts to ensure they meet the quality standards and expectations
- Ensure that equipment and tools are used and kept in good working order, for longevity of tool life and safety purposes
- Prior experience in fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or a related field
- Proficient in welding GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW
- Strong capabilities in interpreting engineering blueprints and drawings
- Experience with fabrication and hand tools
- Excellent understanding of various types of metal and their respective properties
- Capacity to manage physical demands
- Familiarity with Safety regulations and readiness to utilize personal protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, face shields, gloves, and steel-toed boots
- Experience with painting, breaking, and rolling is a PLUS, and willingness to be a backup for these positions
