• Understand the receiving process and how to store customer and in-house material.
• Complete receiving reports accurately.
• Read pick lists and select correct material for shipping.
• Pack, band, and wrap material for shipping.
• Use SAP for shipping functions and UPS World Ship with customer database (LTL).
• Adhere to customer routing guides and procedures.
• Support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies.
• Maintain statutory or regulatory compliance obligations.
• Follow Integrated Management System policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Support KPIs as defined in the goal tree.

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate forklift and stand up.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Understand safety policies and rules.
• Knowledge of best practices and theory.
• Basic quantitative methods, statistical procedures, and graphic skills.
• Communication proficiency.
• Organization skills.
• Time management.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions: noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Must talk or hear. Must stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related experience.
