Material Handler

The Material Handler I is responsible for providing the highest level of accuracy within each aspect of customer order fulfillment. This includes, but is not limited to, receiving product, stocking/replenishment, product selection, routing completed orders to the appropriate trailer, and maintaining a safe work environment. Utilization of computers will apply. Performance consistent with guidelines established by the Manager of Distribution and the Operations Management Team of the CSC will be essential.

• Experience:
  
  1-2 years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
• Knowledge and experience with lot controlled and expiration dated product handling.
• Certification/Registration:
  Ability to operate forklift and rider pallet jacks.

• Demonstrated mathematical ability to count accurately and follow written instructions.
• Must be able to manage multiple, complex instructions simultaneously.
• Ability to reach and lift supplies and boxes of reasonable weight.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely and repetitively lift and carry a 50 pound load as exhibited during a post-offer functional capacity testing process.
• Ability to work long hours in a warehouse preparing and loading.
• Familiarity with computers and keyboard proficiency.
