• Learn and perform wheel refurbishing processes including steam cleaning to remove foreign materials, shot blasting to remove rust and paint, and inspecting wheels for unsafe conditions.
• Take responsibility for product completion, including approving or disapproving products.
• Paint products with special paint and color specified for customers.
• Maintain proper inventory control to ensure customers receive the correct product.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly maintenance schedules and logbooks.
• Provide Service Excellence to meet the service goals of the location.
• Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies, including using protective equipment for safe operation of equipment.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting and standing, related to tires and wheels.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

• Previous manufacturing experience including shot blasting and painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Commitment to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment as part of a team.
• Self-starter who can take initiative, work without direct supervision, and attend training sessions.
