Join Springfield Remanufacturing Corp. (SRC) as a 2nd Shift Machine Operator. Your role will focus on operating machines with precision and ensuring product quality for our final assembly line and direct customer sales.

• Setting Up Machines:
  Safely install and align tooling attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines, following safety rules and using provided guards and protective gear.
• Operating with Excellence:
  Operate machines safely, using required guards and protective gear, to produce top-quality products that meet strict standards and deadlines.
• Ensuring Quality:
  Create products that meet specifications. If you find worn or damaged tools, promptly inform the Production Supervisor.
• Keeping Records:
  Complete assigned paperwork carefully, ensuring all important details are included following our thorough work instructions.
