Your day might begin restoring a machine to service, continue with fine‑tuning controls for optimal output, and end documenting maintenance actions that help us achieve our uptime goals.

  • Install, diagnose, fix, and service CNC equipment along with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Put equipment back together and verify proper operation after maintenance or repairs.
  • Start up machines and watch their performance to gauge efficiency and spot emerging issues.
  • Evaluate damaged components, mark defects, and communicate repair needs to leadership.
  • Apply lubricants, adhesives, and related materials per defined procedures to keep assets running smoothly.
  • Swap out or change machine parts and attachments in line with production specifications.
  • Disassemble machinery using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists to access components for service.
  • Document production details and all repair and maintenance activities.
  • Review work orders and specifications to determine required maintenance or repairs.
  • Set up and operate equipment, adjusting controls to achieve proper operation.
  • Team up with peers to move or repair machines, components, or tooling.
  • Manage spare parts by tracking inventory and requesting replenishment as needed.
  • Move machine parts, tools, and materials between storage and work areas using cranes, hoists, or dollies.
  • Remove and dispose of worn components and debris to sustain clean, safe work areas.
  • Clean equipment and parts using solvents, cloths, air guns, hoses, vacuums, or other tools.
  • Repair or replace linings made of metal, wood, leather, glass, or other materials in equipment, compartments, or containers.
  • Exhibit excellence while performing all other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferably 3 years maintaining CNC machinery.
Work Environment &

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly sits, stands, walks; uses hands to handle tools and parts; reaches with hands and arms.
  • At times climbs or balances; stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
  • Occasionally lifts or moves up to 50 pounds.
  • Periodic work near moving mechanical equipment.
  • Some tasks occur outdoors with exposure to moderate heat or cold.
  • Frequent contact with chemicals, lubricants, and grease.
  • Noise levels range from moderate to high.
Technical Competencies
  • Hands‑on experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance: motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC principles, power distribution, PLCs, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, and pumps.
  • Proven adherence to safety practices including PPE, lockout/tagout, and electrical safety.
  • Able to read blueprints and technical manuals (electrical/mechanical diagrams) and use gauges, meters, calipers, and other measuring tools accurately.
  • Safe, effective use of drills, saws, torches, welders, cranes/hoists, forklifts, and other maintenance equipment.
  • Flexibility to support other shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed.
