General Production Worker Pay Rate - $20/hr.+ Job Description
The role involves performing general production and assembly duties in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for setting up machines for operation, loading and unloading materials to meet production goals, visually inspecting parts for defects, conducting quality checks, and completing paperwork and daily logs of production numbers and orders. Following all safety protocols and precautions is crucial.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and precautions.
- Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.
- Proficiency in machine operation.
- Ability to use a tape measure.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Any education and/or certifications related to the manufacturing industry is a bonus.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is non-climate controlled, requiring steel-toed boots and safety glasses. Openings are available on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.89 - $20.89/hr.
