Packaging Project

Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Packaging Techto join their team. As a Packaging Project, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging team. The ideal candidate will have attention to details, the ability to follow procedures, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Tech

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: $16-17

Shift: 8 to 10 hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Be able to read and interpret work orders in order to ensure package parts have the correct components.
• Perform various tasks in order to prepare parts for packaging, e.g., attach labels to cards, wrap wires on magnets, etc.
• Box and label parts with the correct components.
• Utilize proper procedures for receiving merchandise and completing work orders.
• Keep work area in neat and clean condition and follow all Quality Assurance policies.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to meet or exceed hourly production quotas.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
