Press Brake Operator
Key Responsibilities- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC hydraulic press brakes (Amada, Cincinnati, Trumpf) to bend, notch, and form metal plates.
- Tooling & Setup: Select, install and align correct punches and dies based on material thickness and required radius.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret complex blueprints and 3D drawings to determine the correct bend sequence and dimensions.
- Quality Precision: Perform first‑part inspections and regular checks using calipers, protractors, and go/no‑go gauges to maintain tolerances (often within +/- .015
