We are seeking an Annual Giving Manager who shares our passion for helping others and has a proven track record of securing and stewarding annual gifts. As an integral part of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve fundraising goals, develop marketing materials, and build strong relationships with donors. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fund program to increase donor and dollar growth
  • Collaborate with the Director of Development to establish regional annual fund goals
  • Cultivate and steward annual gifts of $1,000-$9,999
  • Maintain contact with key annual giving donors, ensuring a strategic cycle of requests
  • Support regional fundraising activities, including community giving days and employee giving programs
  • Contribute to prospect research activities and manage assigned prospects/programs
  • Produce regular fundraising reports to track funding and make adjustments as needed
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of professional fundraising experience, preferably in a philanthropic or nonprofit organization
  • Demonstrated success leading annual giving programs
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
    Associate's degree with relevant development experience will be considered
  • Solid knowledge and experience with fundraising principles, process, and systems
Additional Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • High degree of professionalism and comfort working with diverse individuals and groups
  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
  • Successful completion of background check, including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check
Physical Requirements
  • Sedentary work:
    Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects
  • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
  • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods
