Mobilization and Development Specialist

Do you have a heart for global missions and a desire to see more workers equipped and sent to the nations? We are seeking a Mobilization and Development Specialist to join our team in Springfield, MO. In this hybrid role, you’ll help identify, equip, and support individuals called to serve in cross-cultural contexts—while collaborating closely with missionaries, sending churches, and global partners.

• Engage with individuals exploring a call to missions and walk with them through the discernment and onboarding process
• Develop and implement strategies to mobilize new global workers
• Provide ongoing encouragement and support to missionaries and their sending teams
• Help coordinate orientation, training, and leadership events to equip workers for cross-cultural ministry
• Assist with administrative tasks and communication related to development and mobilization efforts

• A vibrant and growing Christian faith, with a passion for the Great Commission
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous experience in missions or mobilization (preferred but not required)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Highly organized, with a flexible and servant-hearted approach
