The Outreach Team is seeking a Campus Organizer in Springfield, MO to lead student voter turnout efforts from August 24 through Election Day. You will manage 8–12 hourly campus fellows and a team of volunteers to register students, collect pledge cards, host educational events, and build digital engagement.
You will recruit, train, and motivate volunteers, oversee schedules and logistics, and ensure detailed reporting of campaign results while maintaining a culture of equity and inclusion.
