Locum CRNA – Springfield, MO Area | High Pay | Flexible Shifts

We’re seeking multiple Locum CRNAs for a high-acuity hospital in Southwest Missouri starting in 2026
. This is an ongoing need with a variety of complex cases and flexible scheduling—perfect for experienced CRNAs looking for top-tier pay and a great lifestyle location.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Greater Springfield–Ozark, MO area
• Start Date: 1/12/2026 (Ongoing)
• Shifts: 10- or 12-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, day or evening options
• Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week (full-time preferred)
• Practice Model: 4:1 Medical Direction by anesthesiologists
• Cases: Complex neuro, spine, ENT, ortho, eyes, endo, OB/epidural, EP; pediatric cases included
• Procedures: Arterial lines, intubations, vent management required
• Volume: 17 ORs running daily; average daily census ~135 (includes L&D, endo, heart, MRI/CT)
• No call
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• CRNA with active MO license (or willing to obtain)
• Case logs from last 12 months preferred
• Must have experience with advanced procedures (art lines, vent mgmt, intubations)

Compensation & Perks:

• $210–$240/hr 1099 depending on commitment (OT after shift; no stipends)
