You will work alongside registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, mental‑health counselors, social workers and case managers to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

- Address the mental, behavioral, and physical health needs of clients on a weekly/biweekly and/or monthly basis.
- Complete in‑person nursing assessments as well as medication and chart review in long‑term care facilities.
- Educate caregivers and clients on prescribed psychiatric and physical health medications and monitor for possible side effects.
- Perform care‑management duties, including coordination of community services and correspondence with treatment team members.
- Assist clients in building coping skills to address moods, stressors, and improve communication, and help create annual goals related to their psychiatric diagnosis.
- Possibly assist with clinic and residential needs for assigned locations.
- Help train and mentor peers.
- May need to cover more than one facility depending on company needs.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- LPN or RN license.
- Experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
- Preferably experience working in LTC facilities and behavioral health.
- CPR or course can be provided during training.
