Weekend On-Call:
One Saturday or Sunday shift per month

The Fremont Senior Living is looking for a Medication Partner to join our team in Springfield, Missouri. This role involves administering medications and supporting residents with daily activities to maintain their health and well-being.

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care as needed.

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Actively certified per state guidelines and in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct; mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods; able to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and to respond after a fall.
• Criminal background cleared.
• Good health and physical and mental capability to perform tasks; health screening required by physician within six months prior to or seven days after employment; TB testing as required.
