Join to apply for the Wound Care Provider NP PA role at Azza Health Care Agency
We are seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wound Care/Home Health team in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Responsibilities- Evaluating and managing acute, chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds, performing dressing changes, medically necessary debridement, and G‑Tube management (training provided).
- Participating in weekly bedside wound rounds within skilled nursing facilities and conducting Home Health visits as needed.
- Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, and experienced with skilled nursing environments.
- At least 2 years of wound care experience, strong communication skills, ability to work independently.
- Missouri medical license.
- Willingness to travel 100%.
- Preferred:
Wound Care Certification.
- Health/dental insurance
- Paid time off
- Flexible schedule
Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $180,000 annually.
