36 scheduled weekly hours.

6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Utilizes the nursing process to effectively assess the needs of patients, identify a plan of care, and implement and evaluate the care given. Provides direct and indirect care to patients and leads the patient care team toward goal achievement in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy.

• Education
  • Required:
    
    Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Associate’s Degree in Nursing required before applying; must obtain a Bachelor’s Degree within three years.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience
  • Preferred:
    At least five years of clinical experience, one year as charge nurse, and one year experience in the area of specialization.

• Licensure / Certification / Registration
  • Required:
    
    RN license active in the state of Missouri.
  • Required:
    
    Basic Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 90 days.
  • Required:
    
    Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) must be obtained within one year of hire.
