Position: Night RN – Cardiac Care with Sign-On & Relocation Bonuses

Cox Health South in Springfield, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3rd Floor Tower Cardiac unit. This 36-bed Med-Surg cardiac unit cares for post-heart surgery patients and vascular cases with a night rotation from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and educating families. The team emphasizes teamwork, precepting new staff, and high-quality care in a supportive environment.
