Critical Care Transport Nurse

This position involves providing comprehensive pediatric and newborn transport services within a critical care team, ensuring high-quality patient care in a healing environment.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses, injuries, and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across care settings.
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.

• 3+ years of RN experience in pediatric transport, ICU, ER, CICU, or neonatal ICU; 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness in a safety-sensitive role.

• Full-time role with 36 hours weekly, including shifts, on-call, weekends, and holidays.
