Nurse Practitioner – Skilled Nursing Facility

$130,000–$155,000 + RVU Bonus

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Springfield, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider or new graduate interested in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, and post-acute care.

The focus of this role is providing high-quality care directly within the facility, proactively managing residents' health and helping reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to SNF residents
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and manage patient treatment plans
• Manage wounds and infections
• Perform appropriate therapeutic procedures
• Administer injections and immunizations as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment and ongoing care
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff
• Help prevent avoidable hospitalizations through proactive care

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Nurse Practitioner/APRN license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Interest in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care
• SNF/LTC experience is preferred but not required
• New graduate Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000–$155,000 annual salary
