Job Description- Reports directly to the clinic manager.
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, directs, provides, and evaluates patient care necessary for services to patients.
- Interfaces with other departments, hospitals, and outside agencies to ensure continuity of care.
- Serves as a clinical lead to all nursing, clinical, and support staff.
- Performs various quality checklists, logs, and/or verify completion for tasks delegated to clinic staff.
- Serve as educational support to clinic staff for daily clinical operations – supplemental to onboarding, nursing education, and other educational trainings.
- Serve as support, guidance, and adherence to best practices regarding wide range of quality measures.
- Required:
Graduate of an approved nursing program. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Required:
1 year of nursing/healthcare experience. - Preferred:
Previous nursing experience in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting. - Preferred:
Leadership experience. - Preferred:
Cardiac experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate effective leadership abilities.
- Exhibits valuable time management skills.
- Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
- Required:
MO RN license.
