Sora Resource Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Springfield, MO. The position emphasizes quality care and exceptional patient service.
The NP will treat patients in place to reduce hospitalizations, perform injections and immunizations, manage wounds, and educate families on regimens. New graduates will be considered for this role.
Benefits include full medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, 4 weeks PTO, $1500 CME and 1 week for CME, malpractice, 401k.
