Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry. This position requires experience in telemetry nursing with a focus on stroke care and post-cardiac catheter management. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of nursing experience. The average daily census on the unit is 16 patients. Nurses are required to float between departments as needed. Every other weekend work is mandatory.

The patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:4, with occasional stretch assignments up to 5 patients. Epic charting experience is necessary for this role. Candidates should have skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, and cardiac telemetry. The unit provides care for adults and geriatrics, including those undergoing total joint replacement, neuro spine, general surgery, wound care, and diabetic care. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and more.

All travelers will float within their service line as required.
