At Seasons Hospice, we believe hospice is more than a service - it's a sacred trust. We are seeking a compassionate LPN to join our hospice team FULL TIME (Monday-Friday) and make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and their families.

• Provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life
• Support patients with empathy, clinical skills, and a listening heart
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care
• Offer emotional support and education to families during end-of-life-journeys

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
• Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
• Deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a calming presence
• A heart for hospice and the desire to make a difference
