Help Prospective Residents Tour, Explore, and Feel iant Group is hiring a Leasing Assistant to support day-to-day leasing activities across our residential communities in Springfield. This is an entry-level, client-facing role focused on greeting prospects, conducting property tours, and supporting the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and dependable, and is interested in growing within property management or real estate.

• Greet prospective residents and answer basic leasing questions
• Conduct property and unit tours in a friendly, professional manner
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Assist with rental applications, paperwork, and lease preparation
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and scheduling with the leasing team
• Keep unit availability and listing information up to date
• Support resident events and community activities as needed

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning new systems and software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior leasing experience is helpful but not required – training is provided.

• $18-$20 per hour + commission
• Full-time, W-2 position with a consistent schedule
