The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing the customer experience and driving profitable sales by providing proactive consultative sales assistance, supporting the achievement of department standards and goals, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organized sales floor for effective sales activities. Candidates must have availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts for full-time roles. Flexible scheduling options are available for part-time positions.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions using approved selling practices and guidelines.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards.
• Understanding website navigation and leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience, especially when products are not available in-store.
• Maintaining knowledge of merchandise, including features, benefits, availability, and related services like delivery and installation.
• Processing transactions accurately in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
• Completing required training within the designated timeframe and participating in ongoing learning.
• Collaborating with team members to provide excellent customer service, including locating merchandise, assisting customers, answering phones, and operating the register.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
