Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Position Summary:

Our fresh food associates help keep freezers, coolers, and deli areas stocked and sanitary, supporting operations and customer service in deli and fresh departments. The role involves stocking, maintaining temperature-controlled products, handling claims and returns, and providing member service on the floor.

• Maintain safety and sanitation by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including handling hazardous materials and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in Freezer/Cooler/Deli areas: receive and stock merchandise, set up and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, price merchandise, complete required audits and documentation, and secure fragile/high-shrink items.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.
• Follow policies related to Freezer/Cooler areas: proper handling of food, operating and sanitizing equipment, cold chain procedures, cleaning, and monitoring equipment operation; report issues to Management.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
