• Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
• Lead inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.
• Conduct inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up and maintenance and pricing processes for all areas of the store.
• Support pick, pack and ship fulfillment work to enable efficient delivery to guests.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas as directed.
• Operate power equipment where certified, to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory processes as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues and improve guest experiences.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, or delivering pickup orders) while abiding by applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Capable of remaining mobile for shift duration; able to handle varying temperatures and elements on certain duties.

• May require lifting up to 44 pounds and climbing ladders; frequent movement and standing.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
