Assistant Manager.
Experience:
2 years. Shift: 2:00 pm - Close. Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annual $47,500 - $49,500).
- Implement Braum's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales.
- Recognize and develop people to strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals.
- Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
- Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
- Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
- Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
- Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.

- Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices/procedures.
- Able to review, understand, and analyze reporting results.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Retail Management experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid Driver's License.
