Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management

Assistant Manager.

Experience:

2 years. Shift: 2:00 pm - Close. Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annual $47,500 - $49,500).

Assistant Manager's role:
  • Implement Braum's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission, and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales.
  • Recognize and develop people to strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals.
  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
  • Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed.
  • Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
Work schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.

  • Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the store team.
  • Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust.
  • Adaptability to customer, employee needs, and store environment conditions.
  • Effective communication with leadership team members.
  • Ability to identify team alignment to enhance performance.
  • Follow‑up and follow‑through with discipline.
  • Initiate action and achieve goals.
  • Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices/procedures.
  • Able to review, understand, and analyze reporting results.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Retail Management experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid Driver's License.
