Join our team as an Account Executive and Excel in Sales!
Our real estate lead sales company is seeking talented individuals to join our team as Account Executives. We are located in downtown Springfield, MO, in the Hammons Tower building, and we provide a dynamic and supportive work environment for our employees.
Responsibilities- Manage and nurture existing leads and develop new business relationships.
- Work with state-of-the-art CRM software (Hub Spot) to manage leads, create campaigns, and track progress.
- Utilize the latest sales tools, techniques, and training provided to help you succeed.
- Strong communicator and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training is provided.
- Competitive salary of $22.50 per hour, plus commission, with no cap on earnings potential.
