What You Will DoThe Sales Trainee will learn sales procedures and develop customer service skills. This role involves engaging with both new and existing customers to provide information about products and services, address inquiries, and resolve complaints and requests. It is ideal for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and aims to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and support the Sales & Marketing team in executing effective sales strategies
- Learn about company products or services and promote them to customers
- Identify potential customers and reach out to generate leads and create interest
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating customer records, processing orders, and tracking sales data
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the sales team and management
- Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings, activities, events, and training sessions
- Work towards meeting and surpassing sales targets set by the organization
- Assist the sales department staff with a variety of tasks as it pertains to event coordination
- Conduct sales research and identify any new sales opportunities
