Customer Care Specialist
Join TAG Heuer as a Client Services Advisor. You will be the primary point of contact for a diverse clientele, including Account Executives, retail partners, wholesale accounts, and end‑consumers. The role focuses on fostering lasting relationships, anticipating needs, and providing a personalized luxury experience that drives loyalty and business growth. You will navigate multiple communication channels, resolving complex issues and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
Job Responsibilities- Provide white‑glove service via inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat) ensuring prompt, professional, and personalized responses.
- Address a wide range of customer inquiries about products, services, orders, account management, and other related areas, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on interactions, ensuring complete resolution and fostering ongoing satisfaction. Champion customer advocacy and strive to create "wow" moments.
- Cultivate and nurture robust long‑term relationships with key clients, anticipating evolving needs and proactively offering bespoke solutions.
- Leverage customer preferences, purchase history, and feedback to personalize interactions and curate exclusive experiences.
- Implement strategic clienteling techniques to enhance loyalty, drive repeat business, and unlock new sales opportunities.
- Embose the brand's values, voice, and image in every interaction.
- Articulate product features, benefits, and policies with clarity, maintaining up to date industry knowledge.
- Analyze customer issues, employing critical thinking and troubleshooting to determine optimal resolution, while navigating complex situations with diplomacy.
- Document interactions in the CRM accurately, maintain data integrity, and use insights to improve service and inform strategy.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Continuously improve processes and service based on feedback, sharing insights with management.
- Foster strong relationships with Sales, Operations, and key departments to ensure seamless experience.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive environment.
- Meet or exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction, sales performance, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to departmental and company goals, demonstrating commitment to success.
