The Inside Sales position sells medical, industrial, specialty gases, welding equipment, and hard goods and tools to customers. This position responds to inquiries or concerns from either walk-in customers or those customers that call in, provides additional warehouse support, and works closely with a team of Account Managers to support customers.
* Stock inventory and maintain showroom displays.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers
* Provide support for the field sales representative.
* Operates the cash register. Enters sales data into the computer and researches information for customers using the computer system.##                         ##

* Required Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or the equivalent;
Two (2) year degree preferred.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service and/or sales experience.
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft / Google applications
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
* Ability to routinely lift 25 – 75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
* Lives by Airgas safety programs, OSHA, and all related rules, regulations, procedures which apply to this position’s responsibilities.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Working knowledge of SAP
* Forklift Certification or ability to become forklift certified
* Knowledge of welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales preferred.
