We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Turnover Agent (T.O.). The Turnover Agent plays a crucial role in the sales verification process and provides support to the call center management team. The TO is responsible for verifying every call that results in a sale by interacting with customers and confirming the details of the transaction. Additionally, the TO assists with various paperwork including faxing sales sheets, tracking sales and spiffs of all agents and providing assistance to the manager with daily reporting.
Job Duties
- Takeover calls from sales agents to verify the accuracy and validity of sales transactions.
- Engage with customers to confirm their purchase details, ensuring the sales meet the necessary criteria for verification.
- Assist sales agents with closing sales by assuming control of the call.
- Document and maintain accurate records of verified sales transactions.
- Assist the manager on duty with various paperwork tasks, ensuring all necessary documents are properly handled and processed.
- Fax sales sheets to administration, ensuring timely and accurate delivery so payroll can be adjusted properly.
- Prepare reports summarizing sales activities, performance, and spiff calculations.
- Process all credit card transactions at the completion of each sale and maintain the confidentiality of card numbers.
- Communicate with the Training Manager if any sales agents require additional training or coaching.
- Act as Training Manager in phone room.
- Conduct training, interviewing and 1on1 training and development.
- Assist the manager with various reporting tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- 12 years of experience inside a call center environment with an emphasis on sales.
- Proficient in data entry with an emphasis on spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Desired
- 3+ years of experience in a call center environment with an emphasis on sales.
- Previous experience in the travel or timeshare industries.
