The In-House Sales Associate speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of either converting guests into Vacation Club Owners or upgrading existing Owners’ Club memberships.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Professional image with a tenacious attitude and motivation to succeed.
  • Previous sales experience in auto, insurance, finance, restaurants, luxury goods, and hospitality is preferred but certainly not required.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Present and inform the guest of the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • Call Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two years of experience in resort sales preferred
  • Maintain a 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
