Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Salesperson, based in Springfield, MO. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new leads through outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to promote Rhomar’s products. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and working collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
  • Basic knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and client needs assessment
  • Self‑motivation with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with customer management software and basic computer skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is a bonus
