Account Manager – Employee Benefits (Springfield, MO | In Person)
Employee Benefit Design is hiring an Account Manager to support our growing employee benefits team. This is a full-time, in-person role with structured training and an upward growth path for a career-minded individual.
What you’ll do:- Assist brokers with insurance quotes and renewals
- Support client onboarding and account management
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM
- Collaborate with a team focused on exceptional client service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
- Detail-oriented and team-focused mindset
- Insurance or benefits experience is a plus, but not required
