Responsibilities- Develop and increase sales volume for both TV and digital revenue.
- Prospect, qualify, close and grow new business.
- Continue to learn and implement new strategies and products.
- Responsible for order entry, contracts, follow‑up, and collections.
- Play a role in the production of client’s creative elements.
- Be an advocate for our products and programs.
- Treat coworkers, prospects and clients with a service‑centric attitude.
- Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed revenue goals.
- Hold meaningful conversations with decision makers.
- Establish credible relationships within our business community.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
- Demonstrate personal integrity to differentiate from the competition.
- View the word “no” as an opportunity.
- Proficient with popular social media and digital platforms.
- Make decisions without supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Educate customers on the variety of available TV and Digital products to promote their products and/or services effectively.
- Provide clients with information regarding rates for advertising placement on television and digital platforms.
- Work with clients and station personnel to develop advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of market trends and the media landscape for the Greater Ozarks area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Candidate must be an overachiever and passionate team player.
- Ability to develop presentations independently.
- Pre‑employment criminal background check required.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
