DDI Media is hiring an Account Executive to grow advertising revenue across Central and Western Missouri. Based in Springfield, this role offers the opportunity to own a defined territory while selling high-impact static and digital billboard advertising. We are open to candidates with Out of Home (OOH) experience as well as strong sellers from radio, newspaper, other media, or B2B sales backgrounds.

DDI Media provides structured training, onboarding, and ongoing sales support to ensure your success. Successful Account Executives at DDI Media build long-term books of business with strong renewal potential.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect and develop new advertiser relationships throughout the assigned territory
  • Sell consultative outdoor advertising solutions, including static and digital billboards
  • Introduce and collaborate on opportunities with DDI Media’s Digital Solutions team—our digital advertising division that complements OOH campaigns and creates additional revenue opportunities
  • Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, renewals, and account growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed revenue and performance goals
Training & Support
  • Structured onboarding and sales training
  • Education on DDI Media’s billboard inventory, markets, systems and sales processes
  • Training on how Digital Solutions complements OOH sales, without requiring Account Executives to manage a separate digital sales process
  • Ongoing coaching from experienced sales leadership
  • Strong operational, creative, sales and Digital Solutions support teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in outside or field sales
  • Background in media sales (OOH, radio, newspaper) or B2B sales strongly considered
  • Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing a geographic territory
  • Valid inet's driver’s license and ability to travel within Central & Western Missouri
