As a Security Officer - Facility Patrol Driver in Springfield, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. Your role includes providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

This is a driving post that requires a valid driver’s license as you help maintain a secure environment for all employees and visitors.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations within the location in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production environment to help deter security‑related risks.
• Document observations and/or incidents according to Allied Universal and client‑specific protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site personnel, and/or visitors as needed.
• Support access control procedures and verify credentials for individuals entering restricted areas.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
