Maintenance Technician - Future Opportunities (All Shifts)

Join Tosca as a Maintenance Technician at our Springfield Service Center.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance and conduct inspections.
• Support general facility repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and cleaning.
• Partner with the maintenance team to identify and resolve recurring equipment problems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca safety protocols.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical and electrical).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO.
• Electrical background with schematics, PLCs, 480 V/3‑phase, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic.
• Mechanical skills involving hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls.
• Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
