The Position:

We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent. Starting at $68K+ per year, negotiable based on experience, plus a company vehicle! This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with customers throughout projects to ensure excellent service.
• Manage and schedule Carpenters.
• Coordinate technical issues with installations and troubleshooting with the Regional Construction Manager.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, permits, licenses, and inspections.
• Oversee the quality and timely completion of construction and carpentry projects.
• Adhere to scope, time, and material specifications, reporting discrepancies.
• Assist with change order estimating, approval, and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Monitor the productivity of the Construction team.
• Review job cost reports for labor and material expenses.
• Schedule, price, and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Follow all safety practices, including PPE use and chemical handling.
• Enforce company policies as outlined in the Employee handbook and safety manual.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
• Ensure work meets or exceeds all regulations and standards, providing excellent customer service.
• Keep job sites clean and professional.
• Establish and maintain schedules to ensure timely service delivery, including participation in on-call rotations involving nights and weekends.
• Perform other duties as required, including outside normal scope.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years of project management experience (preferred).
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Xactimate experience (preferred).
