• Base hourly pay ($32.50/hr)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision
• Team collaboration and role advancement opportunities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion.

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
