We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Paint Protection Film Installers in our Automotive Services division. This role is responsible for the meticulous application of paint protection film (PPF) to vehicles, ensuring precision and long-term durability.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, technical skill, and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. Through expert craftsmanship and product knowledge, the Paint Protection Film Installer plays a key role in customer satisfaction and the overall success of the installation team.

• Apply paint protection film (PPF) to various vehicle surfaces, ensuring flawless, high-quality results that meet company standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after installation, identifying and addressing any potential issues to ensure optimal application.
• Handle all customer vehicles with care, ensuring they are returned in the same or better condition than when received.
• Educate customers on the benefits of PPF and provide clear post-installation care instructions to maximize the longevity of the product.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and in optimal condition.
• Adhere to project deadlines, completing installations efficiently while maintaining the highest level of precision and craftsmanship.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain workflow efficiency, uphold service expectations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry techniques, tools, and products through ongoing training and professional development.

• 2+ years of experience in PPF installation, automotive detailing, vinyl wrapping, or a related field preferred but not required. Training is available for the right candidate.
• Experience with precision-based, hands-on work such as window film installation, ceramic coatings, or other vehicle surface protection services is a plus.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise application.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when working on different vehicle surfaces and body styles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with fellow technicians and service advisors.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while maintaining a team-first mindset.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in physically demanding positions such as bending, reaching, and maneuvering around vehicles.
• Comfortable working with hands and small tools for precise applications.
• Ability to lift and handle materials as needed, including PPF rolls and application tools.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may require occasional off-site jobs; mileage reimbursement provided).
• Willingness to undergo training and certification as needed.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
