The Position: We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent. Starting at $68K+ per year, negotiable based on experience, plus a company vehicle! This position is also eligible for a yearly bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with customers throughout projects to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and schedule Carpenters.
• Coordinate technical issues with installations and troubleshooting with the Regional Construction Manager.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, permits, licenses, and inspections.
• Oversee the quality and timely completion of construction and carpentry projects.
• Maintain adherence to scope, time, and material specifications; communicate discrepancies.
• Assist with change order estimating, approval, and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Monitor productivity of all construction employees.
• Review job cost reports to control labor and material expenses.
• Schedule, price, and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Follow safety practices and PPE requirements; understand MSDSs for chemicals.
• Enforce company policies and safety manuals.
• Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
• Ensure work meets all regulations and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
• Keep job sites clean and professional.
• Establish and maintain schedules, participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
• Perform additional duties as required, possibly outside normal scope.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years of project management experience (preferred).
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Xactimate experience (preferred).
