Insulation Install Specialist

The Insulation Installer supports residential new-construction projects by preparing, transporting, and installing batt and blown-in insulation. This position includes warehouse responsibilities, travel to job sites in company vehicles, and maintaining clean and organized work areas.

• Maintain a valid Class E driver's license.
• Prepare and load insulation materials onto company trucks for delivery to residential construction sites.
• Drive company vehicles to designated job locations.
• Operate a forklift to move materials in the warehouse and prepare loads for delivery.
• Transport and unload insulation supplies at job sites.
• Install batt and blown-in insulation according to project requirements.
• Remove debris and clean work areas after installation is complete.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, company vehicles, and equipment.

• Frequently stand and walk, including climbing stairs throughout the workday.
• Regularly climb ladders and perform assigned tasks on scaffolding.
• Occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist to complete job duties.
• Regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as push or pull materials as needed.
• Work in varying weather and temperature conditions, including exposure to outdoor elements.
