JES Holdings is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician II for Evergreen Terrace in Independence, MO. This full-time role requires handling unit turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance with a proactive, safety-minded approach.
The candidate will perform drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, and must be able to travel for regional training and assist other properties as needed. Overtime and after-hours availability may be required.
